Our activities and services go beyond the classroom. We provide assessments, professional counseling from clergy, ongoing in-service training, workshops, and webinars. We offer annual accreditation, evaluation systems, lesson planning, and educational support for lecturers, professors, and on-the-job training. We also conduct ordinations with services within local congregations.

We do not train fivefold ministers who are already undergoing training with their local pastors. Instead, we plant schools, colleges, and universities, and provide listings of affiliate institutions. In addition, we run a referral program that connects schools, colleges, and universities to higher-level research centers, evaluation programs, and lesson planning resources.
